Upper Iowa University invites applications for an open Assistant Athletic Trainer position. This is a 12-month position with full benefits an da salary around $43,000.
Responsibilities include assisting the Athletic Training Staff with all aspects of an NCAA Division II athletic training program. This includes but is not limited to; prevention, assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and administration of athletic injuries, travel with assigned teams (main responsibility of Wrestling), and other duties assigned by the Associate AD for Sports Medicine. Upper Iowa University has 21 sports and is a member of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC).
Qualifications:
Degree in Athletic Training, BOC certification, eligible for Iowa state licensure, and CPR/AED certification.
