CATS 2024 Symposium Attendance Policy (In-Person)

The Orleans Hotel, Las Vegas, NV

May 16-18, 2024

Attendance at the CATS 2024 Symposium is limited to Registered Attendees, Sponsors, and Exhibitors

CATS Members and non-members must register to attend the CATS Symposium.

• All Attendees, Exhibitors, and Sponsors registered for the Symposium must prominently display his/her access badge at all times during the Symposium.
• CATS will notify all Attendees, Exhibitors, and Sponsors in advance of the Symposium reminding Members, Exhibitors, and Sponsors (as applicable) of this Policy.
• CATS will work directly with the Orleans Hotel to ensure that this Policy is enforced at all times during the Symposium, including by asking that the Orleans Hotel erect barriers to prevent non CATS Members, Exhibitors, and Sponsors from entering the Exhibitor Hall and/or the Meeting Hall and by asking that the Orleans Hotel remove from the Orleans Hotel any non CATS Members, Exhibitors, and Sponsors who do enter and/or attempt to enter the Exhibitor Hall and/or the Meeting Hall.

• Only registered exhibitors may promote goods and services in accordance with the CATS Spring Symposium policies. Attendees are not allowed to solicit, promote, or sell goods or services on the meeting hall floor. If such activity occurs the attendee’s access badge will be revoked and they will be asked to leave the symposium.

  
  

• • All Exhibitors may only use employees to exhibit, demonstrate, etc.
  • All Exhibitors must identify the employees who will be exhibiting, demonstrating, etc. at the Symposium in advance, with the final list of employees due by May 1, 2024.
  • Any Exhibitor employee who would like to earn CME or CEU credit by attending the Symposium, must register under the Allied Healthcare Professional rate.
  • All Exhibitors are reminded that exhibiting, demonstrating, etc. must be conducted in the Exhibitor booth during Exhibition times, and that no exhibiting, demonstrating, etc. is to be conducted during non-Exhibition times.

• • All Sponsors must identify the employees who will be attending the Symposium in advance, with the final list of employees due by May 1, 2024.
  • Any Sponsor employee who will not be attending as one of the Sponsor’s allotted attendees, but who would like to attend the Symposium, must register under the Allied Healthcare Professional rate using the following link:
