    The department of Athletics at Clarkson University, a Division I member of the ECAC Hockey League and a Division III member of the Liberty League, is seeking an Assistant Athletic Trainer to work with our Division I Women’s Ice Hockey programs and other DIII teams as assigned.  This is a full-time 11-month position with full medical and retirement benefits.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: the athletic trainer for a Division I hockey team and other Division III teams as assigned, assisting the head trainer in the daily operations of the training room, and other duties as assigned. 


    Required:  Master’s degree, 1-3 years collegiate athletic training experience, and BOC certified in good standing and certified to work in the USA and eligible for licensure in New York State.  Current certification in CPR and First Aid.  The ability to relate effectively to student athletes, coaches and other health care professionals, and the University community.

    Preferred: A minimum of two years’ experience working with Division I hockey is preferred.
