Housing Procedures

1. Prior to cut-off date, individuals are encouraged to book their reservations on-line.  To receive your special group rate members will need to enter the assigned Reservation ID:  ACA0C05 through the Hotel’s website at www.orleanscasino.com/groups.
2. Individuals may also call (800) 675-3267 during Room Reservation Department hours:
   Monday–Friday 6 a.m.–11 p.m. — Pacific Time
   Saturday–Sunday 7 a.m.–11 p.m. — Pacific Time
3. Attendees and exhibitors must identify themselves as GROUP NAME: College Athletic Trainers Society, Reservation ID: ACA0C05 in order to obtain a room reservation under the above room rates.
4. All reservations must be made by 4/11/20. Any reservations received after this date will be accepted on a “space available” basis. To insure space availability please reserve in a timely manner.
5. If you plan on extending your stay, please inform reservations. The Orleans Hotel & Casino may give you better room rates for your extra nights of stay if available.
6. At the time the reservation is made, attendees will be asked to provide a major credit card or send a deposit for the first night’s room and tax. If a credit card is utilized, it will automatically be charged first night’s room and tax.
7. There is a mandatory resort fee, currently $20.99 per room, per day, include in-room Wi-Fi, access to the Fitness Center, in-room coffee, in-room safe, unlimited local & 800 calls as well as free Wi-Fi in Java Vegas Coffee Shop & high-speed internet access in the Business Center.  The resort fee is subject to change. 
8. Any rooms requiring a triple or quad occupancy will be surcharged an additional $20.00 per guest, per room, per night.  Children age fourteen or under, in the same room with parents in existing bedding, are free.
9. It is policy at The Orleans Hotel & Casino that each and every guest room be occupied by at least one adult, 21 years of age or older. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate service to any individual(s) at any time that is not in compliance with this policy.
10. Check-in time: 4 p.m.                   Check-out time: 12:00 p.m.  

Hotel Room Cancellations
Cancellations on individual room reservations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date and must be received in writing.  Any individual who cancels their reservation after this cut-off will be responsible for one night’s room and room tax.
