Housing Procedures

  1. Call 1-800-675-3267 during Room Reservation Department hours:

    Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. – Pacific Time
    Saturday – Sunday 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. – Pacific Time

  2. Attendees must identify themselves as attendees of the College Athletic Trainers' Society or group code 0CATC05 in order to obtain a room reservation under the above room rates.  Without this identification, attendees may not be quoted the special group rate and may be told that we are sold out.

  3. As an alternative, attendees can also book online by visiting, www.orleanscasino.com, clicking on "Book a Room" and entering your group code, 0CATC05, in the Group Code field. 

  4. First night’s room and tax will be required at the time of booking. The following methods of payment may be used for deposit: company check, American Express; Diners Club; MasterCard; Discover; VISA; JCB; Money Order. Hotel accepts company/personal checks for payment of
    deposits only and must be received a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to arrival date.

  5. All reservations must be made by April 12, 2010.  Any reservations received after this date will be accepted on a "space available" basis.  To insure space availability please call in a timely manner.

  6. If you plan on extending your stay, please inform reservations. There is a possibility they can give you better room rates for your extra nights of stay.

Hotel Policies

  1. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 12:00 p.m.


  2. All registered guests will be required to present a credit card upon check-in. The credit card provided must be able to accept an authorization in the amount of $100.00 per stay for incidental charges.


  3. Guestrooms must be occupied and registered to at least one adult, who is twenty-one years of age or older. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN. Hotel reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual(s) when not in compliance with
    this policy.


  4. It is policy at The Orleans Hotel & Casino that each and every guest room be occupied by at least one adult, 21 years of age or older. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate service to any individual(s) at any time that is not in compliance with this policy.


  5. Please be advised that all rates quoted are net, per room, per night, allowing for single or double occupancy. Any Deluxe rooms requiring triple or quad occupancy will be surcharged an additional $15.00 per guest, per room, per night. (Children age fourteen and under, in the same
    room with parents in existing bedding, are free.) All rates are subject to a Clark County room tax, currently twelve-percent (12%). This tax is subject to increase without prior notice.


  6. There is a mandatory $5.00 per room, per day Resort Fee, allowing access to the Fitness Center, in-room coffee, unlimited local & 800 calls as well as free High-Speed Internet Access in our Business Center.

Cancellations

  1. Hotel policy for cancellation of an individual guaranteed reservation is at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled arrival date and must be received in writing. Rooms released less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival date and all no-shows will be subject to a cancellation penalty equivalent to the first night’s room and tax.
