Housing Procedures

1. Call 1-800-675-3267 during Room Reservation Department hours:
   
   Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. – Pacific Time
   Saturday – Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Pacific Time
   
   
2. Identify yourself as an attendee of the College Athletic Trainers’ Society in order to obtain a room reservation under the above room rates.
   
   
3. All reservations must be made by April 13, 2008. Any reservations received after this date will be accepted on a “space available” basis. To insure space availability please call in a timely manner.
   
   
4. If you plan on extending your stay, please inform reservations. There is a possibility they can give you better room rates for your extra nights of stay.
   
   
5. It is policy at The Orleans Hotel & Casino that each and every guest room be occupied by at least one adult, 21 years of age or older. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate service to any individual(s) at any time that is not in compliance with this policy.
   
   
6. Check-in time: 3 p.m. Check-out time: Noon

Cancellations

Cancellations on individual room reservations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the check in time of 3:00 p.m. on the scheduled date of arrival with no penalty fee. However, any individual who cancels their reservation after this cut-off will be responsible for one night’s room and room tax.
