Negotiation Strategies for Salaries and Benefits

Information was presented on negotiation strategies for better salaries and benefits. A recent update was provided on the Department of Labor regulations and the Fair Labor Standards Act as related to certified athletic trainers.

Development of a Wellness Program

Information was presented on the development of a wellness program for treatment of eating disorders, nutrition concerns, mental illness, injury support groups, etc. in the collegiate setting.
